Brittney’s practice is focused on helping individuals actively participate in their own recovery. She uses movement-based treatment plans that target the root cause of pain or dysfunction, and guides patients in building better movement patterns for long-term results.

While most of her work centers around exercise prescription and functional movement retraining, she also incorporates techniques such as joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, stretching and cupping when appropriate.

Brittney works with a wide range of cases, including:

  • Post-operative rehabilitation
  • Pre- and post-natal care
  • Pilates-based rehabilitation and injury prevention
