Ratna is a highly experienced Registered Physiotherapist with over 35 years of clinical expertise, including 25 years of registration in Ontario. She holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy (Orthopedics) with a specialization in the biomechanics of musculoskeletal dysfunction.
Her extensive professional training includes certifications in different types of Acupuncture treatments Manual Therapy (Level 2), McKenzie Method (Level 2), Taping Techniques (Level 3), Vertigo and Concussion Management, Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Electro- and Laser Acupuncture, Bobath Techniques in Pediatrics,She is also certified in orthotics, compression stockings, bracing, laser therapy, shockwave therapy.
Ratna’s clinical expertise spans all age groups—from pediatric to geriatric care—and she is skilled in both preventive and rehabilitative physiotherapy. She brings advanced knowledge in WSIB and MVA documentation, as well as customized exercise prescription and comprehensive rehabilitation planning.
Over the course of her career, Ratna has worked in hospitals, long-term care facilities, retirement homes, community settings, and multidisciplinary clinics. Her depth of experience, clinical precision, and compassionate approach make her a valuable asset to any healthcare organization.
