From former professional to recreational athletes, personal trainers, registered nurses, avid hikers and outdoorsmen and women, (the list goes on) we have all experienced the importance of keeping the body in tune and to have freedom of movement. This is what led us to creating Limber For Life. Each one of us have benefited from mobility therapies (FST and massage) enough to want to share their amazing potentials with the community and the people we love. We believe active bodies are healthier bodies, and healthier bodies are happier bodies. We are more than a stress relief instrument, we are a quality of life enhancer. Taylor has a strong connection with her Windsor athletic community. She played varsity volleyball at the University of Windsor while she was achieving her Human Kinetics degree with Honours in Movement Science. For the past 3 years she has been Assistant Coach with the women’s volleyball team at St. Clair College. Her roles have also included being St. Clair College’s Athletic Therapist assistant. This interested her in getting trained as a Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist. She is committed to learning new techniques that further her practice as she is a registered Massage Therapist. Taylor is excited about getting athletes and every day people to pain free living.
Colleen has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2010. She has trained in various modalities to fit anyone’s needs. Working most of her career in a chiropractic setting has allowed her to be diverse in her treatments. She is sensitive and passionate about providing her clients with pain relief and a better quality of life.
Cheryl is a Registered Massage Therapist in good/active standing with the CMTO since 2013. She is passionate about the wellness of the people around her and learning about health and the body in order to reach her clients goals. Being a mother of two, an athlete and self made in her practice as an RMT, Cheryl is no stranger to sport injuries, health ailments and stressors in life. She believes therapeutic hands-on massage, exercise and healthy eating habits are essential for mind, body and spirit wellness. Cheryl is committed to expanding her education and currently offers hot stone massage, aromatherapy, kinesiology taping, cupping therapy and more. She is very diverse for her clients so she can reach their goals and give them a unique wellness experience.
I am passionate about being able to live life well, in work and leisure. Whether excelling in your favourite sport or performing your daily routines, I understand that part of a healthy life means being able to fully do the things we need and love to do pain free. I am trained in a range of techniques including Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Restorative Relaxation Massage, Functional Cupping, I am a certified Yoga Instructor also and am continually learning new techniques to add to my skill set. As a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, I strive to build strong relationships with my clients based on trust, expertise and professionalism. I am dedicated to providing an effective treatment and treatment plan to getting you feeling like your best self!
Jas Bhatia is a certified manual Osteopath Practitioner (DOMP). He is a graduate from the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto. His journey began with a strong desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives, and has since honed his skills to offer personalized treatments that address various health issues. He is a dedicated and passionate Osteopath who finds immense joy in providing holistic care to individuals. Jas believes that every individual has a fundamental right to receive exceptional quality care for their well-being. His goal is to ensure that each person not only receives the highest standard of care but also finds genuine satisfaction in their journey to health.
Jamilyn is a registered massage therapist dedicated to helping one achieve relaxation, relief, and support overall health wellness. While providing a comfortable and relaxing environment, she aims to meet her clients’ goals. Her skills include Swedish massage techniques to promote relaxation and reduce stress. Deep tissue massage, Trigger Point therapy and myofascial release to target soft tissue pain and inflammation. As well as relaxation and hot stone massage to reduce muscle tension to restore and rejuvenate. As a loving mother of two beautiful twin daughters, she understands how life can get busy but just how important it is to take care of your body, mind and spirit.
