Jason YZ, Registered Massage Therapist

I’m so lucky to be part of the Limber for Life team. I’ve found another passion—helping people break free from pain, restore balance, and reclaim their joy. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing that “aha!” moment when tension melts away. I specialize in deep tissue and relaxation massage, and I also like to share my secret weapon—acupressure—to surprise clients with extra relief.

Beyond massage therapy, I practice traditional Chinese Qigong daily, enjoy learning new things, and have a passion for music. When time allows, I indulge in woodworking, crafting little treasures in my garage.

If you need a hand (or a massage), I’m here to give 110% to support your wellness goals. My dream? A world where everyone feels so good, they barely need treatment. May the Force and Limber for Life be with us!

Linda McLeod, Registered Massage Therapist

With a strong foundation in healthcare and a passion for hands-on healing, I bring a unique, client-centered approach to massage therapy. My career began in nursing, where I developed a deep understanding of the human body, patient care, and recovery. That experience continues to shape the way I assess, treat, and support each individual. Now a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), I specialize in therapeutic treatments tailored to your specific needs. I have completed Level 1 training in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), a gentle, assisted stretching technique that helps improve mobility, flexibility, and overall function. I am also trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), with a focus on supporting post-operative recovery when the lymphatic system remains intact. This light, rhythmic technique helps reduce swelling, encourage circulation, and promote healing. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing chronic tension, or simply looking to move and feel better, my goal is to provide effective, evidence-informed care in a calm and supportive environment.
